Lady Celtics rout Clinton

The Lady Celtics won their 3rd game in a row with a decisive 83-25 victory over the Clinton Cardinals. All 10 players played and scored for the Celtics. Paulina Pengelley got the Celtics rolling by scoring the first 10 points in the game. The Celtics led 14-0 before Clinton connected on a 3 point basket. The Celtics used a stifling press throughout the whole 1st quarter which Clinton had difficulty in getting the ball pass half court.

The Celtics had 5 players score in double digits. Paulina Pengelley led the way with 24 points followed by Tori Hurtt's 12 points, Cameron Randle's 11 points and both Hailey Houser and Alex Smith each contributed with 10 points apiece.

The victory puts the Celtics record at 3-1 on the season and 3-0 in conference. The Celtics next game is in the Penn Valley tournament on December 29th at 4:45 against the winner between Grandview and Lincoln Prep.
